Sentiment and emotion analysis

By sentiment analysis, texts are classified into positive, neutral or negative categories according to their content, while emotion analysis classifies the texts into several predefined groups (joy, sorrow, anger, surprise, fear, etc.).

The most common use of sentiment and emotion analysis is social listening, which monitors, collects and analyses the content of opinions about a company, brand or service on the web.
